NG28  provides testing for products (components and parts, raw materials) and complete vehicles of the automotive industry according to EU ELV Directive 2000 / 53 / EC or National Standard of CHINA GB/T 30512 tests lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers, or tests related hazardous substances (such as asbestos and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) according to other regulations such as REACH and POPs, so as to help build a green automobile industry chain and help enterprises reduce the risk of violations.

NG28 VOC laboratory have the comprehensive capacity in vehicle interior air test, including odor test, fogging test, formaldehyde analysis, total carbon, VOC analysis for material/parts/whole vehicle with the sampling methods of bag method and chamber method, training of odor evaluation and testing reports are widely accredited by OEMs and suppliers in auto industry.

The key VOCs and off-flavor chemicals shall be determined by TDS-GC-ODP/MS¡¢HS-GCMS¡¢HPLC etc. Then, the source and mechanism of the key chemicals can be confirmed by material characterization and odor chemicals database.
