QUALITY & VALUE
At the beginning of production, NG28 inspectors will inspect the raw materials, preliminary products and parts. Initial Production Check (IPC) can assist the factory to check the consistency of raw materials and important parts with order requirement, to foresee risks and prevent resources being wasted.

How can buyers, middlemen, brand owners, and retailers control product quality in the initial stage of procurement, confirm that raw materials, important parts, and pre-processed products meet the order requirements, avoid inconsistencies between the pre-processed products and the order samples, and reduce the entire batch of goods production Rate of defective products in the process.
