During the reporting period, the total number of upgrades was 3,496, the total number of regular upgrades was 3,443, the total number of special upgrades (promotions beyond organizational level) was 55 and the total rate of upgrades was 34.82%, a YOY increase of 3.72%.
- Training to Empower Employees
We continue to improve the training management system and organizational structure, and formulate a series of training-related management systems such as the NG28 Group Training Management Manual, Group Certification Instructor Management System, Group Expatriate Training Management System and E-Learning Platform Management System. Each year, a detailed Group Annual Training Plan is developed and all employees of the Company can conduct online independent learning according to their actual needs.
- Leadership Upgrading Program
We set up Huihua (EDP) Executive Development Project, Guanghua LAP Leadership Enhancement Project, Jinghua (MAP) Management Ability Promotion Project, Qinghua(MT) Management Trainee Program, High Potential Talent Development Program (HAP) to improve leadership across all levels of management. At the same time, to comprehensively enhance the executive team's strategic M&A and post-investment management capabilities, the Company invited instructors with rich international strategic M&A experience to teach the executive team.

- Campus Recruitment Staff Training
We have set up the Sunshine Plan learning and training programme for school students. The Sunshine Plan is a tailor-made learning program for fresh graduates who join NG28 through campus recruitment, aiming to help students integrate, transform and grow from "student" to be aqualified "workplace people" and "NG28 employee". In 2022, the Group's Sunshine Program lasted for 3 months and a total of 128 trainees completed the program, which not only provided the Group with the new strength needed for business development, but also provided a reserve for the sustainable development of the Group's talent pipeline.

- Training for Grassroots Managers
The Company carried out the first grassroots management Climbing Win Project, aimed at helping employees to master basic management awareness and skills, so that grassroots managers in the organization effectively convey corporate culture values, to enhance the grassroots employees to the Company's sense of identity. During the reporting period, 403 employees were trained as grassroots managers, with a coverage rate of approximately 35%, and we plan to complete 100% grassroots management coverage by 2023 or 2024 to build a first-class team in the industry.
- "Live Studio" Special Training
During the reporting period, the group carried out a series of Live Studio training activities such as Data Analysis and Practical Cases Addressing Uncertainty in the Market Environment with Certainty of Management, Business Perspective on M&A and Integration. , These related topics for employees are shared by Group President, Division/Functional Leadership. The total number of participants in the training was 374 andthe cumulative learning time is 655.5 hours.

- Overseas Training
The Company adopts a consistent talent development strategy and policy for overseas areas, encourages the use of the merge and acquisition company's excellent backbone as the core management and technical positions, and is complemented by the group of assigned managers, to promote the overseas M&A companies to better integrate with the group to help the stability of the M&A team.
To enhance the leadership and management capabilities of the mid-level management of maritime services, we have had a Leadership Development Program since October 2022, which employs internal and external lecturers for theoretical training and practical project guidance, involving 10 key staff members, planned to close in June 2023.
